In his more than 20 years of experience in planning and implementing marketing, sales and service delivery, Bowden has led numerous ground-breaking initiatives in the health, education and government sectors.

David Ashworth, General Manager, Commercial & Government

David Ashworth brings a wealth of experience to Initiate Systems in the UK and is responsible for development of Initiate's EMEA business in the commercial and government sectors. Ashworth was previously UK managing director of BEA Systems and European systems integrator's manager at Sybase.

Craig Brannan, Senior Manager, Sales Consulting

Craig is responsible for Sales Consulting in UK and EMEA and has 17 years of healthcare IT expertise. Bringing with him extensive experience of the UK National Programme for IT and an in-depth knowledge of enterprise application integration, Brannan's responsibilities span pre-sales consultancy in the UK and EMEA.

Mike Woods, Advisor, UK Healthcare Solutions

As managing director of Rockhare Limited, Mike Woods has over 25 years experience in project management and systems architecture with a special emphasis on database technology and statistical applications. Initiate has engaged Rockhare Limited to provide implementation services.

Lorraine Nicholson, Advisor, Health Records Management

Lorraine Nicholson has extensive experience of health records management both at operational level and at national policy and strategic levels in the UK and also internationally. She is Chief Executive of the Institute of Health Record & Information Management (IHRIM) and President Elect of the International Federation of Health Records Organisations (IFHRO). Nicholson also works with the Department of Health and NHS Connecting for Health.

James Wilkinson,  UK Services Director

As UK services director, James Wilkinson is reponsible for all aspects of design, implementation, delivery and support of Initiate solutions to both partners and customers across the UK and Europe. Wilkinson brings a wealth of experience in implementing £multi-million systems in financial services, banking and the insurance industry.

Braham has been providing pro-active marketing communications to IT, healthcare and e-business clients since 1986.
