Summary:
Responsible for implementing the Initiate™ software for Initiate's commercial and healthcare customers. Responsibilities include participating in the architecture and design, data analysis, software configuration, customer testing, and production rollout phases.
Qualifications:
- Management or technical consulting background ("Big 5" experience is a plus)
- 3 to 7 years of enterprise software implementation experience
- Have worked on enterprise software implementation teams (e.g., Oracle Applications, SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel, etc.)
- Strong understanding of relational database and enterprise software integration concepts
- Strong, hands on SQL skills and experience with at least one of the following: SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Informix
- Previous experience programming in Java, C, or C++; web services development experience is a plus

Position Summary:
The Industry Marketing Manager, Government & EMEA is responsible for developing, managing and evaluating integrated sales and marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue for the government and European-based sales team. Position Summary:

Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Understands data oriented problems and enterprise software products. Understands the transformational role of enterprise information management technologies such as CDI, MDM, data quality, and business intelligence. Is up-to-date on the latest technology trends such Software-as-a-Service and SOA
- Has a minimum of five years experience in product marketing, product management or sales consulting/engineering for data management, data integration, data quality, CRM, ERP, EAI, Web Services, SOA or BI/DW

Position Summary:
As a key member of Services management, the successful candidate will enable the North America Services business by leading, developing, positioning and implementing Initiate's North America professional services organization and initiatives. This position will define the regional strategy for North America Services as well as drive its successful execution in accordance with overall Global Services vision and strategies.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance a world-class software North America Services organization focused on quality, profitable delivery of Initiate Software solutions
- Develop and drive the go-to-market strategy for North America Services across Healthcare, Commercial and Public Sector verticals. Accountable for regional P&L for North America Services.
- Provide sales support for positioning, scoping and pricing Initiate's service offerings. Develop and enhance a solid, market-differentiating approach to positioning Initiate Services as a key partner for overall success.
- Responsible for the management of overall Services operations in North America; seek out areas of improvement, processes, or functions that can impact the bottom line. Direct the organization's ongoing operations and activities toward the accomplishment of organization objectives. This includes the planning, development and implementation of policies, procedures and standards.
- Accurate, timely budgeting and forecasting for North America Services business.
- Consistently meet or exceed key success metrics: hiring/retention, revenue, margin, utilization and services bookings (backlog). Timely, succinct corporate reporting on key indicators of success for North America Services.
- Customer relationship management at middle and senior levels, maintaining high visibility, providing differentiated service and developing strong partnerships to drive demand. Ensure consistent quality service.
- Support development of a strong services pipeline by leveraging industry/technical background and Initiate’s existing sales processes and relationships.
- Delivery partner development - identify, contract and enable key North America implementation partners
- Function as a strategic business partner and liaison in North America to sales, business development, support, product management, engineering and marketing
- Collaborate with Initiate University to develop and deliver software, technical and business training necessary to enable employees, customers and partners
Travel Responsibilities:
- Requires travel up to 50%
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in the enterprise software industry
- 5+ years experience in senior enterprise software management roles
- Strong track record meeting / exceeding success metrics
- Experience managing group or organizational P&L in a services delivery context
- Six Sigma or ITIL a plus
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business or Computer Science or equivalent; MBA preferred

- Work closely with engineers to drive requirements, design and development for our diverse set of user-interface tools. This requires the ability to quickly learn the Initiate technology stack and APIs.
- Work with Product Management, Support and Services to ensure that our overall user-interface strategy is consistent and usable. This requires the ability to create requirements specifications and mockups.
- Develop web-based client applications using CSS, DHTML, JSP, JSTL, JavaScript and AJAX technologies. ASP.NET is a plus.
- Use best practices to build working, cross-browser, user-interface prototypes that other developers can decompose and instrument with server-side code. Applicant should be able to code sites without the crutch of a WYSIWYG editor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing web-based applications using CSS, DHTML, JSP, JSTL, JavaScript and AJAX technologies. You must be fluent in the subtleties required to support multiple browsers. ASP.NET is a plus.
- A thorough understanding of the full web-request lifecycle for dynamically driven websites. This includes session-persistence mechanisms and backend database experience (MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL).
- Usability experience with an emphasis on simplifying complex and large information sets.
- Solid understanding and proven experience working in a mature development environment (Perforce, Bugzilla, automated builds, automated unit tests).
