Password Restricted Areas of the Site

You agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, the Site shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois. You agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of Cook County, Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, with respect to such matters.
