Marty Moseley CTO Initiate Systems

Marty Moseley plays an integral role in Initiate Systems’ strategic technology direction, development and future product evolution, and is a key evangelist on customer data integration and master data strategies. Mr. Moseley is a 23 year IT industry veteran with extensive systems architecture experience. Prior to joining Initiate, Marty was chief architect at Intuit where he implemented Initiate Identity Hub™ software. During his career, he was co-founder and CTO at several start-up companies where he was responsible for defining technology design, vision and direction. He has designed and built more than 20 different data warehousing systems.

Fadel Fiani Sr. Technical Consultant Informatica

Fadel Fiani is a senior technical consultant based out of Montreal. Fadel joined Informatica from IBM where he worked as a technical consultant in the Information Management space including Data Warehousing, MDM, and Grid Computing for 7 years.

A senior solutions architect and director with Sierra Systems, Rick has been involved in building SOA and EAI solutions for a decade. He has regularly faced the challenge of linking disparate views of customer information across systems. Recently, at VCHA, he implemented the first system in BC to make use of the provincial Initiate based Master Patient Index to solve patient identify issues for the region. Currently, he is working on MDM issues as part of a large systems upgrade at a private health insurance corporation.
