Governments are increasingly looking to enhance managing beneficiary data to improve decision making processes, provide better service, advance beneficiary outcomes, contribute to program integrity and streamline operations. These aggressive but realistic goals can be met through deploying secure, privacy-compliant master data management (MDM) software that creates a beneficiary-centric view of departmental data and protects the confidentiality of data while capitalizing on existing technology.
A citizen or beneficiary registry enables these objectives by establishing accurate identification of a person – across disparate systems, regardless of data quality within those systems – all while allowing the native applications and systems to continue to operate without impact. High confidence resolution of beneficiary, patient and provider identity enables states to manage critical programs such as Medicaid more effectively as it allows you to create an entity-centric view from data that is currently system-centric.
Topics to be addressed include:
- How patient and provider registries can help you improve beneficiary, eligibility and qualification processes
- How you can provide Medicaid patient data at the point of care to reduce costs
- How to use MDM software to enhance fraud detection
- How to leverage registry technology for migration to MITA architecture
Please join Michael Warthen of Initiate Systems and learn how the identity resolution of beneficiaries, patients and providers is critical to the success of MMIS; be able to define key stakeholders and their requirements/concerns; and hear how to create a composite view of beneficiary/patient/customer data.
